Complaints/Concerns About Professionals on the Registry

Professionals listed on the Registry have presented themselves as following the standards of the Registry and ethical standards and principles of ATSA.  The Registry accepts anyone who claims to follow these standards.  If anyone suspects that a provider on the Registry may have misrepresented his/her qualifications or if there are any concerns as to a professional's ethical practices, such concerns, complaints, or inquiries should be made to that individuals licensing board.  Misrepresenting ethical standards and qualifications is a violation of a professional’s ethics as established by their licensing boards.  If an individual on this Registry has been told not to list themselves by their licensing board, or reports to have a license in the state of Louisiana but does not have a license, a report should be made to the district attorneys office where he/she resides and to the licensing board of which license he/she is claiming to possess.
