2. You will see a LIST of Providers that match your search criteria.
3. If you wan to see ALL of a particular type of Treatment Provider, make a choice from the TYPE field, leave the other fields blank, then click SUBMIT.
4. Click the NAME in the list that appears to view detailed information about that particular provider.
5. The information for each provider will open in a pop-up window. Close the new pop-up window to choose another provider and continue your search.
